Sales & Partnerships for Gaming Venue

Company Description

dothub is a dynamic startup located in Den Dam, a vibrant creative district in Antwerp. Our mission is to establish a hybrid community space where technology, design, and creativity intersect. This space will cater to diverse activities such as co-working, gaming, creating, and fostering meaningful connections. We thrive on innovation and collaboration, creating an inspiring atmosphere for growth and creativity.

The Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for growing revenue from:

  1. Coworking desks and flexible workspaces
  2. Renting dothub as a venue for events and corporate activities
  3. Partnerships with third‑party locations and organizations

1. Coworking sales

  • Identify and reach out to freelancers, teleworkers, micro‑businesses and small teams who are tired of working from home or cafés and are looking for a more focused, inspiring place.
  • Use insights about alternative workspaces to position dothub as a better option
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
  • build a list of potential clients and companies,
  • reach out via in‑person,
  • schedule and conduct space tours,
  • prepare simple offers and close deals.
  • Keep a simple CRM or spreadsheet to track leads, stages and follow‑ups for coworking clients.

2. Event & venue sales

  • Promote dothub as a venue for events, including:
  • corporate offsites and team‑building days (with or without gaming),
  • workshops and meetups (tech, design, creative, startup),
  • private events
  • Proactively reach out to HR, office managers, team leads and event organizers.
  • Work with the founders to design and improve standard packages for events

3. Partnerships & recurring channels

  • Build and manage partnerships with locations and organizations that can help to find clients, for example:
  • educational centers (students as future teleworkers/freelancers),
  • relocation agencies and expat communities
  • think through content and media channels to support the partnership program.

Who are we looking for?

  • Enjoy talking to new people and building relationships, both online and in person
  • Are comfortable doing outreach
  • Can work independently, manage your own time and follow a simple plan and targets
  • Are able to keep basic records of leads, meetings and deals in a structured way
  • Speak and write English confidently; Dutch is a plus
  • Live in or near Antwerp and can regularly visit local partners and clients
  • Are reliable, positive and curious, and want to grow together with a young project
